Canton claims NTL Small School volleyball title by sweeping CV

Canton clinched their NTL Division-II title with a 3-0 sweep of CV, winning the sets 25-12, 25-14, and 25-10.

Aislyn Williams notched 11 points, three aces, 11 kills, two digs, and an assist, as Allyson Butcher had five points, three aces, two kills, 19 assists, and three digs.

Keri Wesneski had eight points, an ace, three kills, and one dig for Canton, as Rachel Martin had 14 points, six aces, one kill, and one assist.

Jillaney Hartford added six kills, and a dig, Maddie Hulbert had two points, and Hannah Kendall finished with one point.

Marissa Ostrander finished with 12 points, four aces, one assist, and one dig, while Trisha Gilbert had five points, an ace, three kills, and four digs.

Canton JV lost to CV 2-1. They fell in the first set 23-25, but won the next 25-17. CV took the deciding set 15-11.

Hulbert had two aces, six digs, nine assists, and one kill for Canton as Kendall finished with two aces, two digs, one assist, and five kills.

Mae Kinner added two aces, 12 digs, one assist, and four kills, while Addi Pepper notched four digs, four assists, and two kills.

Gabby Spencer finished with two digs, and three kills, while Ostrander had two aces, and five kills. Wesneski chipped in with four aces, and two digs.
