Canton earns pair of wins in NTL tri-match

Canton defeated Sayre (78-0) and Williamson (55-16) in NTL wrestling action.

There were only two matches on the mat against the Redskins, with Warriors Hudson Ward (138) and Riley Parker (189) coming away with falls.

Lyle Vermilya (106), Cohen Landis (113), Cayden Miller (120), Holden Ward (126), Brayden Wesneski (132), Bailey Ferguson (145), Hayden Ward (152), Levi Pepper (160), Brenen Taylor (172), Conner Davis (215), and Mason Nelson (285) all getting forfeits.

Against Williamson Canton had five falls - Vermilya (106), Landis (113), Holden Ward (126), Wesneski (132), and Hayden Ward (152). Ferguson (145) won by injury default, while Miller (120), and Parker (189) both had forfeit wins.

Hudson Ward (138) won with a major decision, 9-1, while Taylor (172) won with a 7-2 decision.
