ATHENS — It was a rough end to the season for Canton volleyball, as they were swept by Galeton in the District IV, Class A final 3-0.

Canton defeated CV to win their fifth straight NTL Division-II title. They won the sets 25-18, 25-13, and 25-9.

Canton swept Troy during the Trojans' annual Pink Game, winning the sets 25-23, 25-23, and 25-19.

CANTON — Canton rallied from 2-1 deficit to beat Wyalusing 3-2 during NTL volleyball action.

Canton defeated Sayre 3-1 during NTL volleyball action. They won the first two sets 25-23 and 25-17, but dropped the third set 25-23, before pulling out the win with a 25-20 fourth set victory.

Canton swept Williamson 3-0 in NTL volleyball action. They won the sets 25-21, 25-14, and 25-20.

Canton dropped the opening match against NEB, but rebounded to take the next three for a 3-1 win over the Panthers in NTL volleyball action.

Canton fended off a pesky effort from CV, winning 3-1 in NTL volleyball action. The Warriors won the first set 25-15, lost the second 25-21, then finished things off with a 25-14 and 25-16 third and fourth set wins.

Canton dominated South Williamsport 3-0 during non-league volleyball action. The Warriors won the sets 25-11, 25-10, and 25-12.

Canton swept Sayre in volleyball action, winning the sets 25-10, 25-5, and 25-14.

Canton rallied from a 2-set deficit to edge Wyalusing 3-2 during NTL volleyball.

Canton volleyball finished third in their pool and lost in the semifinals at the Williamson Volleyball Tournament this past weekend.

Canton volleyball swept Athens during NTL action Tuesday, winning the sets 25-12, 25-13, and 25-21.

Canton beat Williamsport 3-1 in non-league volleyball action. They won the first set 25-19, lost the second 25-19, took the third set 25-19, then held on for a 28-26 fourth set win to take the match.
